Do You Need Exercise to Lose Weight?

Simple answer....no!  I lost 150 lbs with virtually  no exercise!!!  Do I recommend it?  Well, in certain cases, it is probably ok, but if I had it to do over again I would probably try harder to incorporate exercise into my daily routine.....But, better late than never!! Right?

HOW DID I LOSE ALL THAT WEIGHT WITH NO EXERCISE?  I went on a diet.  The Ideal Protein Diet offered at the Med Station forces your body to eat it's fat storage and protects the integrity of your muscles at the same time.  Your body actually feeds on your fat storage to obtain the necessary energy to perform daily tasks.  Even though the Ideal Protein Diet promotes weight loss, the corporate education provided never promotes a sedentary lifestyle.... Every human should move at some level.  To be honest, I was just plain lazy!!!  I am not putting myself down, I just know it is time for the next leg of my journey and that is to incorporate movement into my lifestyle!!!

Today's video is me, after doing 20 minutes of T-Tapp muscle activation before my shower!!  I call you out to HELP ME stay accountable to continue on with this, long time coming, exercise routine...

My goal is to do some form of exercise every day even if it is simply to walk the dog!!!

The number one life change that I have learned through this journey is to never give up....So, I don't care where you are at in life, DON'T EVER EVER GIVE UP!!  Keep trying!!!
