T-Tapp

 This is the workout I use almost every day!!! I can feel the muscle activation and I can also see a huge change in my muscle definition.  Getting the body you want takes time, but this workout is only 15 minutes long and doesn't need to be done everyday to get real results!!!!
 This workout is designed for people who have a lot of weight to lose or for those who have health problems.  Do your knees hurt or do you get winded when trying to make lifestyle changes?  This workout is for you!!!
 Sagging skin can be a severe problem for people who have lost a lot of weight..... Caring for your skin during weight loss is the best but either way, this system helps you care for your skin!!!
   Caring for your skin in general is a good idea. Maybe sagging skin isn't your problem but just plain old aging creates a need for good skin care.  Teresa Tapp's skin brushing techniques are awesome and well worth the few minutes a day it takes!!!
