Yesterday my son, Johnathan, posted something on our family private weight loss group that I thought was fantastic and worthy of sharing with you!!!! Last year he lost a lot of weight and has gained a little back so he decided now was the time to start losing again and wanted us to hold him accountable, helping him to achieve his goals.
He posted his goals, his steps to achieving said goals and then he posted something I thought was very useful.....His scheduled "cheat days"......He understands that we are people with lives and sometimes eating is just part of life!!! So I am following his lead and I have also scheduled my cheat days, but I would rather call them Fun Eating Days!!
Sometimes you just want or need feel good food.....I believe planning these days will help us to get past any impromptu cravings we may have during the weeks to come........
Here is my scheduled time off from dieting until the first of 2015!!!!
Sonia's Planned Fun Eating Days:
Nov 2 - Chief's Game, I am assuming we are tailgating?
Nov 27 - Thanksgiving
Dec 24 - Christmas Eve
Dec 25 - Christmas Day
Dec 31 - New Years Eve

My weight loss goal is 25lbs or to drastically lose inches in my gut!!!
In order to achieve my goals, I am always searching for different ideas to spur me on to greatness!!!!
